This smooth and white dumpling is wrapped in green banana leaves. The rice dumplings here are not tough but soft, making them look bigger than normal ones.

The pyramidal rice dumplings are made of a large amount of minced meat and wood ear. In addition, you can order spring rolls, ice tea or soy milk, which is served by the staff. Sometimes, if unfortunately, you can also meet some cool rice dumplings. The restaurant is always crowded, but the staff are very fast, so you will still be served quickly even during peak hours.

This rice dumpling stall is located in the Nguyen Cong Tru market, next to the mixed caramel restaurant that has already been famous for the gourmet. This small stall is located on the road to the market, between the stalls of duck eggs and rice, not in the same place with caramel.

When it comes to restaurants that sell pyramidal rice dumpling in Hanoi, you can try any of the restaurants on Dong Cac Street. This street has become a dining area with some restaurants that sell pyramidal rice dumpling, near Thinh Hao Primary school. The quality of the rice dumplings here is the same, and the typical rice dumplings are served with sausages, grilled meat and special sauces that make the difference between the stall and the other ones.

This rice dumpling is located at the intersection of Ngo Thi Nham Street and Tran Xuan Soan Street. This is actually just a small stall with a small basket of all kinds of spring rolls; a frying pan to fry, some plastic chairs and, of course, there are lots of hot pyramidal rice dumplings.

The staff is very fast. Customers just sit down, the staff quickly peels the rice dumpling. The rice dumplings come out with a light green leaf color, and thin powder. You can easily see meat layers inside that look very attractive. The shell of the dumpling here is soft and smooth and the meat is soft and fragrant. However, in order to keep these rice dumplings hot, they are served, so when peeling. They are often crushed.

Sausages are served with rice dumplings, in which the beef sausage is a popular dish. It is soft, crispy and quite spicy.
