Invested and developed by Vingroup, Vincom Center Landmark 81 (Ho Chi Minh City) is the tallest sky-scrapper in Southeast Asia and considered as the 14th highest building in the world. Located at 720A Dien Bien Phu (Điện Biên Phủ), Ward 22, Binh Thanh (Bình Thạnh) District, Ho Chi Minh City and set within the Vinhomes Central Park urban area, this 81 storey building has the height of 461 meters. Having a convenient and strategies position, the Landmark 81 is inspired by bamboo, a Vietnamese unique symbol of affluence, solidarity and prosperity. Its construction has shown that Vietnamese have the ability to build the great constructions like several countries in the world have done.

Vincom Center Landmark 81 – The Greatest “Green Building” In Vietnam

The design of Landmark 81 is modern with the infusion of Vietnamese culture. The Low-E glass used for the tower’s exterior creates outstanding architectural features such as heat control, light transmission, UV radiation. That also makes the building cool and bright with a pleasant temperature. Vincom Center Landmark 81 has become the biggest “green building” in Vietnam as it is the first building which meets the Europe standard for the clean water system installation. Featuring luxurious and world-class facilities and services, the Vincom Center Landmark 81 mall is able to offer an environmentally friendly living space for visitors.

Within the tower is a five-star hotel called Vinpearl Hotel, one of the most luxurious hotels in Vietnam. The hotel’s bedroom is located above the main lobby and on the 47th and 48th floors are the function areas.

Landmark 81 also includes the 7000 sqm dining area with 30 restaurants such as Japan’s Dozo Sushi, China’s Peach Garden, Di Mai, Vietnamese restaurants Delights and coffee shops like Starbucks’ and Highland Coffee.

Besides a luxurious hotel and world-class dining area, Vincom Landmark 81 is also considered as the great commercial shopping center with a supermarket of 59,000 sqm that occupying six of 81 storeys in the building and housing more than 100 international and domestic brands in fashion, cosmetics, entertainment, and F&B.
